Why is the big number a weekly total, not a price?

Because a campus does not sell one product. The week has to clear rent, wages, the replacement reserve and your pay. Once that number is honest, each trade gets a floor price by scaling what you already charge in the same mix.

Can I leave a trade at $0 volume?

Yes. Pick a tighter site type or type 0 in that row. Hidden trades do not get a slice of the overhead, because they are not on the page.

Should daycare occupancy be baked into dog-days per week?

Yes. 30 licensed dogs at 70% over 5 days is 105 dog-days, not 150. Type the days you actually invoice.

Why does worn-out equipment sit in the price?

Because you will buy it again. Spreading the cost over its useful life is a replacement reserve, not a depreciation lecture. If you skip it, the next dryer, treadmill or fence comes out of the pay you thought you were taking home.

Are these figures GST inclusive?

They are whatever you type. Use the same basis on every line. If your prices include GST, enter costs the way they hit your account. Mixing a GST-inclusive price with GST-exclusive costs will understate the gap.
