A few seconds' wait keeps everyone, including your own dog, safe. Check your appointment time Our system regularly optimises the schedule, so your time can shift. Please check your confirmation close to the date. Cancellations & reschedules Your slot is held for you and your dog, so please give as much notice as possible if plans change, it lets another client take the spot. Cancellations inside 72 hours are charged at 75%, no-shows at 100%. Pickup We'll confirm a pickup time at drop-off. More than 15 minutes late, or no contact, and a late pickup fee applies. Dog Grooming in Springvale
We're a boutique dog grooming salon located in Springvale, specialising in full grooms, breed-specific clips, and deshedding for double-coated and long, heavy-coated breeds.
At our salon, every dog is groomed one-on-one in a crate-free room, by appointment only, so each dog receives dedicated attention. We take particular pride in working with double-coated breeds and German Shepherds, and we also offer behavioural grooming for dogs who find the salon experience stressful, with Saturday appointments available at a +10% Saturday rate.
What we offer: full grooms (basic, breed-specific & style clips), double-coat and long/heavy-coat deshedding, tidy bits & wash-ups, nail care & maintenance, dog spa treatments, behavioural grooming & rehabilitation, plus dedicated puppy and new-client services.
